A good job. A good marriage. Maybe kids. A house. Or some sort of version of it.<\/p><p>But now, it feels empty. Exhausting.<\/p><p>Either you have reached a point where continuing costs more than making changes. But it still scares you.<\/p><p>Or you had some life changes that have thrown you of what was your normal life. For example a divorce, relationship breakdown, burnout, job loss, or anything else that was an ending in your life.<\/p><p>And now you ask yourself: Is this really it? How am I going to continue from here? Who am I now?<\/p><p><strong>Maybe when you listen inside, you hear something like this:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>I don&#8217;t know why but this life that I have built until now over all these years no longer feels true or has ended.<\/li><li>I know I have outgrown an old version of me, but I don&#8217;t yet know how this new me should feel like.<\/li><li>I feel disconnected from myself and my own inner voice. It can feel so normal. But also holds you back in growing further.<\/p><p>These stories can show up in certain inner feelings such as:<\/p><ul><li>constant fear of judgment and criticism from others<\/li><li>a fear of disappointing people and failing<\/li><li>being scared to leave what&#8217;s familiar<\/li><li>fear of being excluded for wanting something different<\/li><li>a fear of being seen as you are and staying with a safe version of yourself<\/li><li>being scared of fully trusting yourself &amp; living from self connection every day<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Because of that, many of us often continue living a life that feels safe and predictable, but never truly like ours. And it can be exhausting. And frustrating.<\/p><p><strong>My work helps you to reconnect to yourself, to recognise where you are still repeating old stories and keep choosing out of loyalties, and to finally choose what truly feels like yours. I have lived in 3 different countries. I have built a new life many times again, moved through a divorce and remarriage, and created an intercultural relationship and life in America where I live right now.<\/p><p>I also know how it feels to rebuild your courage and self trust again when you feel you have lost yourself: through reconnecting to yourself and what matters to you, going through uncertainty, choosing new, moving your body, endurance running and traveling to new places. My running became my place to reconnect to myself &amp; something bigger.
